Library Council of Teens

For teens ages 13 - 18.

Want to have a say in what happens at the library? Looking for a place where your voice can be heard? Join the Library Council of Teens! Gather with other teens as you plan events and programs centered around making SBPL a teen-friendly space in our community. Council members plan and lead library programs, work as volunteers for special projects, and act as library ambassadors in their community by spreading the word about library events at schools, clubs, and other social groups.

Since this will be our first meeting (after a year's long hiatus) we'll work together to establish what we want out of these meetings, what sort of programs/ideas you'll want implimented at the library, and what a regular meeting schedule will look like.

We'll be meeting in the Teen Space.

The Library is ADA accessible, patrons are asked to call (802) 846-4140 in advance if special services are required.

Masks may be worn in the library and at any library program.
