Join us for an Anti-Racist Storytime in the Marabella Kidspace!  Presented by VSARN: Vermont Student Anti-Racism Network, we will share stories and an activity with an anti-racism theme appropriate for young children: treating everyone with fairness, kindness and an open mind.  Appropriate for ages 2-6+ with an adult caregiver.

The Curriculum Project of VSARN is a way to connect high schoolers and college-age students with younger audiences to spread education about anti-racism.  It utilizes books such as the The Youngest Marcher and Hey You! and turns them into a lesson plan that can both be cohesively taught and enjoyable for young students.  We value teaching kids at a young age the importance of treating everyone fairly and with an open mind.  We hope our lessons instill a consciousness of being kind and addressing racisms within these students all across Vermont.  So far, we've visited over 50 classrooms/libraries and donated over 300 books.
