Recording Studio Technology and Equipment
Please note that this is an “amateur” recording studio! The room's sound quality and lighting are not what you might find in a professional studio. It is an opportunity to work with quality equipment and introduce you to the production process; it does not guarantee a perfect product. Click on each picture below for information and access to free online tutorials for each product.
Use of the lab is intended to be self-guided. Minimal instruction provided. Library staff can recommend resources for learning. If you would like more advanced instruction, check out some of these tutorials linked on our YouTube Channel or attend one of the wonderful free classes from the Media Factory.
